Summer is here so it is time to get the BBQ’s out and to celebrate the festive season!

Our Beef and Lamb BBQ box consists of half a lamb processed into your favourite BBQ cuts with the added addition of some beautiful Prime Angus Beef Ribeye and Rump Steaks.

Your box will contain:

• Butterflied Lamb Shoulder (plain or marinated)
• Leg Steaks (plain or marinated)
• Loin (chops or noisettes)
• Chops (cutlets or rack)
• Whole Lamb Rump
• 2kg Sausages 
• 1.5kg Prime Angus Ribeye Steak
• 1.5kg Prime Angus Porterhouse Steak
