For our meat boxes we try to supply lambs for our 'whole boxes' which are between 18 – 22kgs.
We aim to target a dressed carcase weight of 20kg but this may vary slightly depending on the yield of the lamb.
The boxed end product will also vary again from this depending on the type of pack and the customers requirement due to boning and trimming.I.e French Racks, Boned Shoulders etc
